Fundsphere® Report Statement and Correspondence Engines are document generation subsystems that allow for the generation of private label, customized reports, statements, confirmations, and correspondence. Documents can be published online for secure internet access defined by login credentials. Documents can be generated in various formats including pdf, rtf, and xls and can have various security levels assigned. Documents batch generation can be scheduled, securely triggered via web, run ad-hoc or TA event driven. Links to published documents can be sent automatically via email and user access recorded. Documents can be sent electronically to a fulfillment provider in encrypted form. All documents are securely stored in the Fundsphere Archiving Engine.

Fundsphere Archive Engine is an archiving subsystem that allows for effective management of electronic documents and files where customers, service reps, and authorized users in the value chain can be offered secure and segregated internet access to archived documents based on login credentials. Typical stored documents include: tax forms, monthly and quarterly statements, confirmation statements, reports, letters, faxes, email messages, scans of other documents, Excel files, and voice files.
